Backlinks Creator (“we”, “us”, “our”) runs this website and the services on it. This page explains what information we collect when you use the site, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Information we collect
We only collect what the site actually needs to work. Specifically:
- Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password when you create an account. We never store your password in plain text.
- Order details — when you buy a backlink package, we collect the website URL, the category of your site, and the article or content you submit for the placement.
- Support requests — when you raise a support ticket, we collect your phone number, email address, and a description of the issue.
- Wallet top-up requests — when you request a wallet top-up, we collect the amount and the UPI transaction reference (UTR) you provide as proof of payment. We do not collect or store your card number, bank account details, or UPI PIN — payments are made directly through your own UPI app, and we verify them manually against the reference you give us.
- Contact form submissions — your name, email, website (optional), and message. These are emailed to us and are not stored in a public database.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type) and a login session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account, and to keep you signed in.
- To process and fulfil backlink package orders, using the website, category and article you submit.
- To respond to support tickets and contact form messages.
- To review wallet top-up requests and credit your account once payment is confirmed.
- To send you account, order and wallet emails (verification codes, report-ready notices, top-up confirmations).
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the site — for example, our email delivery provider, used solely to send the emails described above.
- Authorities, if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep your information
We keep account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time — see “Your rights” below.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To do this, contact us at shootupsolution@gmail.com.
Children’s privacy
Backlinks Creator is intended for business and professional use and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we collect or use information, we’ll update this page and change the “last updated” date above.
